1. Refunds and Complaints
Unless specified otherwise or altered at the time of a complaint or conflict, all services are non-refundable.
All complaints concerning errors or disputes with any of the services must be sent to AuroraOnline within a maximum of 30 days. Complaints reported beyond 30 days will not be considered for reduced costs or refunds for any provided service.
2. Service Rates
The client acknowledges the communicated initial rates and charges of the desired service and is aware that rates may change. Any changed rates will be conveyed with a reason provided.
3. Failure to Pay
AuroraOnline reserves the right to terminate all services upon failure to pay the discussed charges within 30 days of when service was provided and/or completed. Termination of services will not relieve the client of any previous unpaid costs.
4. Domains
Domain registration or termination will be completed within a maximum or 7 business days upon request. Due to outside complications Domain transfer may take up to 30 days to complete.
5. Content
The client acknowledges they are solely responsible for any content displayed on built websites.
6. Consent
By agreeing to use AuroraOnline services, the client’s consent to the collection of Personal Information limited what is necessary to provide the desired service. The client is also aware that AuroraOnline may choose to store billing information and automatically bill for all recurring services or penalties.
