Call as often as needed.

In most cases we are able to solve the problem remotely within the first 20 min.  If we can’t then the problem is much more complex and may need on-site support.

So what do you get?

  • Remote monitoring to alert us before things get really bad

Thats Right, $99/month plus $10/user/month

Optional backup for workstations.

* Conditions:

Applies to support issues and is not intended for teaching or training. If after 20 minutes we are unable to solve the issue we can continue working on the issue at $120/hour after we receive authorization.

You can call in regarding general tech related questions.

We have the right to cancel the contract at any time if we feel that the service is being abused.
